The parts arrived from Velocity on Friday. These people rock. I just can't thank them enough.

The hangar next to mine was recently vacated. I could use the space, so I call the airport manager and asked him if I could use it for the next 2-3 weeks. He said it was no problem. It has already been a big help. I've setup a layup station and started right in on the saddles. They get 8 plies of triax on the back.

When I made the original layups (see picture 384) they were done with EZ-84 epoxy. EZ-84 is a slower system and has plenty of work time. For this I'm using West System with fast hardener. West is for when you really want to get it done NOW. Expensive, but worth it.
